Milton Koenisgberg is a retired syndicator and retired real estate owner that founded Jaron Equities in 1968. During Mr. Koenigsberg years in the real estate industry he acquired some of Long Island’s premier commercial real estate. His portfolio of work includes numerous office projects and shopping centers, such as: the 198,000 square foot Citi Bank office building at 600 Old Country Garden City, New York; the 380,000 square foot Islandia Center in Islandia, New York; the 224,640 square foot Golden Acres Shopping Center in South Plainfield; New Jersey; the 103,832 square foot Shops at Brick in Brick, New Jersey, and a 150,000 square foot shopping center located in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.

Jay Koenigsberg, Esq- Partner at Isicoff, Ragatz & Koenigsberg
Jay Koenigsberg has practiced law since1984, and manages the firm’s business transactions practice. He has particular expertise in advising lenders and borrowers in loan restructuring and work-outs and is widely recognized for finding creative and practical solutions for his clients involved in loan and business transactions. Mr. Koenigsberg regularly represents financial institutions in commercial real estate and asset based lending, including structuring and documenting complex construction lending, trade finance, receivable and inventory financing, equipment leasing and financing and inter-creditor agreements. Mr. Koenigsberg earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 1981 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1984.
